You Can Build Anything. We Will Show You How.

There’s a folder on your phone right now. Notes app, Google Doc, maybe a voice memo you recorded at 1am because the idea wouldn’t let you sleep. You’ve been collecting these for months, maybe years. You know exactly which folder I’m talking about.

A booking tool for your business. A dashboard that would save your team hours every week. A website for the thing you’ve been describing at dinner parties for two years. Something only you would think of, because only you have this exact problem.

You looked into hiring a developer. The quotes came back: $8,000. $25,000. One guy said $40,000 and four months. You closed the laptop and went back to your day.

You tried the no-code tools. Got excited for a weekend, got 60% of the way there, then hit a wall that no YouTube tutorial could fix. The half-finished project is still sitting in your browser bookmarks.

At some point, “I’m not technical enough” stopped being something you said and started being something you believed. That changes here.

You don’t need more ideas. You need a way to build the ones you already have. Now you have one.

The Rules Changed. Most People Haven’t Noticed Yet.

What used to require a developer and a budget now takes you, your laptop, and a conversation.

The Old Way

  • Spend 6 to 12 months learning to code before you build anything useful
  • Pay a developer $5,000 to $50,000 and hope they understand your vision
  • Wait weeks for a prototype, then realize it’s not what you meant
  • Sit through endless Zoom calls trying to explain what’s in your head
  • Get back something that’s “close but not quite” and pay more to fix it
  • Run out of budget before version 2 ever happens
  • Shelve the idea. Tell yourself “maybe next year.” Repeat.
Lightning bolt icon

The New Way

  • Open your laptop and describe what you want in plain English
  • AI writes the code in real time while you steer every decision
  • Hold a working prototype in your hands by the end of the session
  • Change anything instantly. No invoices, no back-and-forth
  • Build exactly what you pictured, because you’re the one building it
  • Ship it. Show someone. Start the next one.
“It’s been honestly so eye-opening, and Nick was so great. He would come around and help me, and he’s actually helped me get further into helping me with what I’m trying to build.”Tech Company Founder

How It Works

Five steps. Every session. That’s it.

1

Show Up

Bring your idea to the live session. A napkin sketch, a voice memo, three sentences in your notes app. That’s all you need.

2

Learn Something New in AI

Each session starts with a new technique, tool, or shortcut. You walk in knowing more than you did yesterday.

3

Get Support

Tell AI what you want in plain English. No code, no technical language. Just describe it like you would to a friend.

4

Build It

AI writes the code in real time while you steer every decision. Stuck? Our coaches are right there to help you think through it and keep moving.

5

Ship It

Walk away with a working project you built yourself. Something you can use, share, or sell today.

Start Building

Here’s What Changes.

Every idea you’ve shelved was stopped by the same sentence: “I’d need a developer for that.” After this program, the sentence is different: “I’ll build it myself.”

Is This Right for You?

This program works best for a specific kind of person. Here’s how to know if that’s you.

This is for you if...

  • You have a notes app, spreadsheet, or whiteboard full of ideas you haven’t built yet (and it bothers you)
  • You’re a founder, creator, or professional who wants to stop paying someone else to build your ideas
  • You’re tired of waiting on developers, budgets, or someone else’s timeline to bring your ideas to life
  • You want to walk away with real, working projects you can use, show, and share
  • You’re willing to show up twice a week and build alongside other people who think like you
  • You’re open to discovering that building things is easier than you were told
  • You want a coach and a community, not just a course you’ll never finish

This is not for you if...

  • You want someone to build your ideas for you (this is a program for builders, not a dev shop)
  • You’re looking for passive learning you can watch from the couch
  • You’re not willing to commit to two sessions a week
  • You want deep technical AI theory or academic computer science
  • You’re not ready to invest in yourself and the things you’ve been putting off
  • You think AI is a fad and aren’t genuinely curious about what it can do
“I feel like I got a lot out of it. So I’m going to think about how I can optimise and streamline some of my personal tasks, but then also how I can apply that to my business as well.”Founder & Optimizer

Meet Your Coach

Nick Sarafa, founder of Light School, teaching at a hands-on AI workshop

Nick Sarafa

Creative Technologist, Business Coach & Teacher

Nick spent 15 years in the rooms where software gets built. As a CTO and engineer, he shipped products, led teams, and solved the kinds of problems that keep founders awake at 2am. He knows how the technical world works because he lived in it.

Then he noticed something. The most interesting people he met, the ones with the best ideas, were always on the outside of that world. They could see exactly what needed to be built but couldn’t build it themselves. So he started teaching regular people how to turn their ideas into real, working things using AI.

His style is hands-on and jargon-free. He sits next to you and builds alongside you. He has a way of making complicated things feel obvious, and a track record of helping people surprise themselves with what they can create.

15
Years Building Software

You Don’t Need Permission to Build.

You don’t need a co-founder or a computer science degree. You need the right tools, a guide who’s done this for 15 years, and two hours a week.

Start Building

Let’s Talk About What This Replaces.

A coding bootcamp runs $15,000 to $20,000 and takes six months of full-time study. At the end, you can maybe build something simple, and you still need to keep learning for years to build anything serious.

Hiring a developer for a single project costs $5,000 to $50,000. And when you want a change, you pay again. And again. Every new idea is a new invoice. You’re renting someone else’s skills, forever.

This program gives you the ability to build anything you want. Any idea, any time, for as long as you’re a member. Guided by someone who has been building software for 15 years. And unlike hiring a developer, this is a skill you keep forever.

The Builder’s Guarantee

Show up to the sessions. Bring your ideas. Do the work. If you don’t build at least one working project in your first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund. No forms, no awkward conversations.

If it doesn’t work for you, you shouldn’t pay for it. Simple.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not technical at all. Can I really do this? +

That is exactly who this was built for. You don’t touch code. AI does that part. You describe what you want in plain English, make decisions about how it should work, and watch it come together in front of you. If you can explain an idea to a friend, you already have every skill this requires.

I have too many ideas and don’t know where to start. +

Good. Bring all of them. Before your first live session, you get a 1-on-1 strategy call where you lay out everything in your backlog and our coaches help you pick the one to build first. Not the biggest one. The one with the most momentum. Most people find that finishing one project unlocks a clarity that makes the whole list feel manageable.

What if I don’t have an idea yet? +

That’s fine. Your 1-on-1 strategy session will help you find the right starting project. Most people discover their best ideas once they see what’s possible.

I tried AI tools before and couldn’t get them to work. +

Most people try AI alone, hit a wall in the first twenty minutes, and decide they’re the problem. They’re not. AI tools are powerful but they don’t come with a guide. That’s the difference here. Our coaches know exactly how to talk to these tools, how to structure a project so it actually works, and how to get unstuck when something breaks.

What if I miss a session or fall behind? +

You can’t fall behind. There’s no curriculum to keep pace with. Every session stands on its own. If you miss one, watch the recording and jump right back in next time. Nobody is three lessons ahead of you.

When are the live sessions and how much time do I need? +

Sessions run twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, live on Zoom. That’s 4:30 to 6:00 PM Central European, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM New York, or 7:30 to 9:00 AM Los Angeles. Each session is 60 to 90 minutes. Some builders spend extra time between sessions, but it’s not required.

What kind of things can I build? +

Websites, internal tools, automations, apps, dashboards, client portals, calculators, content generators, personal productivity tools. If you can describe it, you can build it. Your ideas are the curriculum.

What if my idea is too big or too complicated? +

Our coaches have over 15 years of experience scoping projects. They’ll help you find the version of your idea that can be built in a session, and then help you expand it over time. Every big project started as a small working prototype.

How is this different from a course? +

You leave every session with something you built. You don’t watch videos and hope to apply them someday. You show up, bring your idea, and build it live with a coach and a room full of builders.

How long is the program? +

3 months. Most people start seeing results in the first 60 minutes.

Do I need a Mac or can I use Windows? +

Mac only. You need a Mac with a charger. We’ll help you get everything set up before your first session.

Are there any additional costs? +

You’ll need a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) to use the AI building tools. That’s it. Everything else is included in the program.

Join now and you’ll get your session schedule and everything you need to show up and start building.

Your Notes App Has Been Patient Long Enough.

Every idea in that folder was real enough that you wrote it down. Real enough that you kept coming back to it.

The only thing missing was the ability to build it yourself. That part is solved. Pick one idea. Just one. The one that keeps coming back, the one you’ve described to three different people this year. Bring it to the next session. By the end, it won’t be a note anymore. It will be something you built, something you can show someone and say: “I made this.”

Every builder in this program started the same way. One idea and the decision to stop waiting.
