Athena Advisers brought real property and commercial workflows into a Light School training, with people in London and colleagues joining online. The closing demonstrations showed how AI could help compare information and prepare the next action, while keeping people in the review loop.

What changed during the training

A property price check that caught a misleading comparison

A participant compared a developer extranet with the company’s PDF price list. An apparent price mismatch turned out to depend on whether parking was included. After adjusting the comparison, the list was found to be current. The same exercise also surfaced conflicting completion quarters.

Evidence: Demonstrated at 2:31:22–2:35:48. The process was repeated for another developer project after a manual login; CRM writeback remained a next step.

Personalized outreach from a lead spreadsheet

Another participant turned a warm-lead spreadsheet into personalized message tests and Gmail drafts. Three tests were discussed during the demonstration, with a larger batch planned next. The result was a draft workflow that staff could inspect and tune before expanding it.

Evidence: Demonstrated at 2:21:51–2:24:41. No increase in replies, appointments or sales was established.

A view for finding reconciliation gaps

A cash-flow and CRM comparison dashboard brought discrepancies into view. The demonstration helped identify where records needed reconciling before considering automatic invoices or commission notifications.

Evidence: Demonstrated at 2:37:14–2:39:05. Further reconciliation was required.

A place to keep sharing useful work

The team created an AI Wins Slack channel to share what was working. This gave the workshop’s experiments a place to continue across colleagues after the session.

Evidence: Discussed at 2:40:44.

What still needed work

The value shown was in checking information and preparing work. The recording does not establish thousands of updated listings, automated CRM maintenance or increased sales. The price comparison itself showed why a person must check what the numbers include.
